Resolution No. 722 on quarantine exemptions and attention to public in restaurants

Resolution No. 722 of the Ministry of Health was published in the Official Gazette on September 1st, which sets forth the faculty of the Health SEREMIs to exempt persons who enter the country from mandatory quarantine, complying with certain requirements.

Additionally, the activities authorized in the “Preparation” stage are modified, allowing the attention of the public in restaurants, cafes and similar establishments, only in open places, up to 25% of their capacity or keeping a minimum distance of two linear meters between tables. In the “Initial Opening” stage, attention is authorized up to 50% of the capacity of the premises or keeping the same distance.
